This policy explains how advertising works within KAIRO+ App and Platform, what types of ads are permitted, and how we protect our users' experience.
1. Overview
KAIRO+, operated by KAIRO PLUS LTD., displays third-party advertisements to support the free operation of the platform. By using KAIRO+ App and Platform, you acknowledge that advertisements may appear within the app experience.
2. Types of Advertisements
Advertisements on KAIRO+ may include:
- Banner and interstitial display ads
- Native in-feed ads clearly labelled as "Sponsored" or "Ad"
- Video ads (skippable and non-skippable)
- Promoted listings or services from verified advertisers
3. Interest-Based (Personalised) Advertising
We and our advertising partners may use your Advertising ID, app usage patterns, and general location to serve ads relevant to your interests and context.
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for KAIRO+
4. Prohibited Ad Content
We do not permit advertisements that contain or promote:
- Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
- Illegal products or services
- Tobacco, vaping, or recreational drug products
- Gambling services (unless lawfully licensed and approved)
- Deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent claims
- Hate speech or content targeting protected groups
- Malware, spyware, or malicious software
- Content that violates Google Play or Apple App Store policies
5. Advertising Standards
All advertisements shown in KAIRO+ must comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and the standards of the relevant advertising network. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that we determine to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
6. Third-Party Ad Networks
We may work with third-party advertising technology providers. These partners operate under their own privacy and advertising policies, and we require all partners to comply with applicable law and platform policies.
7. Reporting Inappropriate Ads
If you encounter an advertisement you believe violates this policy, please report it to info@kairoplus.com with a brief description. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
KAIRO PLUS LTD. may update this Ads Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected with a revised effective date.
